Transitional Housing
A safe, structured, and supportive temporary home while men rebuild their lives.
A new way forward
Safe, structured transitional housing and practical support for single men rebuilding stability, independence, and hope.
The mission
Vita Nova Worldwide provides a safe, structured, and supportive temporary living environment for single men reentering society and working toward independent living.
We serve men transitioning from homelessness, incarceration, veterans’ services, rehabilitation or treatment programs, hospitals, shelters, and other unstable situations. Our purpose is to provide more than a place to sleep: we help residents stabilize, regain independence, develop life skills, and connect with the resources needed to move into permanent housing and self-sufficiency.
Vita Nova means “new life.” We believe every resident deserves the opportunity to rebuild and move forward with purpose, dignity, and hope.
